NaNoWriMo 2016: So, How'd You Do?

It's been a week since NaNoWriMo wrapped up, and unfortunately, I didn't hit the 50,000-word target.

However, even though I didn't write the whole novel within the month of November, the great thing about NaNoWriMo is that it kickstarts the writing process! It's the commitment to the practice of writing every single day that matters (though the winning T-Shirt would have been nice, too). I've given myself a few days to reset from the challenge, but I'm excited to get back to my project and keep the momentum going.

Congrats to those you who were able to write 50,000 words last month, that's a huge achievement! To those of you in the same boat as me, there's always next year. 😉
