Hi! I'm Allison, and I'm an ENFJ and Huffleclaw by nature.

 

I am an entertainment writer, editor, and researcher with a passion for animation, film, film history, online content, and scripted television. I earned my MFA in Creative Writing for Entertainment from Full Sail University and my BA in English with an Emphasis in Creative Writing from Mills College, double minoring in History and Asian Studies.

 

Before launching my career in entertainment and storytelling, I spent three years in Japan teaching English at a total of fourteen schools and working as a social media liaison and event planning coordinator through the JET Program.

 

When I'm not working, I love most book-wormy activities like curling up with a good book and a cup of coffee, baking, and quilting—I'm basically a granny stuck in a millennial body. In my spare time, I probably watch too many YouTube videos and daydream about my favorite fandoms.
